Class Descriptions/ Info

Dance Workout will include standing warmup, conditioning and repetitive choreography, with a short standing cool down. 
9:45AM THURS @ TWDCC in Santa Cruz
6:45PM FRI @ Synergy Dance Fitness in Aptos
Jazz Technique Basics will include a full warm up with floor stretch, conditioning exercise, across the floor and/or short combinations.  Great for getting back to dance again and/or creating a foundation 
11AM THURS @ TWDCC in Santa Cruz

Class cards/ single drop in are available for purchase online or in person with cash (please bring exact change, $20 cash price for single drop in).  

Class dates:
Thurs mornings in Santa Cruz- 4/10, 4/24, 5/1, 5/8, 5/15 
NO class on April 17th which is a scheduled day off for spring break. 
 
Fri evenings in Aptos-  5/2, 5/16

Classes are on a drop-in basis, so you can plan to attend on whatever days work for you!

What to bring- Water, shoes to dance in (no Street shoes allowed on dance floor), comfy clothing that allows you to move freely.
