Class Descriptions/ Info
Classes begin Thurs Feb 27th.
9:45am Dance Workout will include standing warmup, conditioning and repetitive choreography, with a short standing cool down. Floor will be open for 10 minutes immediately following class for anyone who wants to stay and stretch on their own.
11am Jazz Technique will include a full warm up with floor stretch, drills, across the floor and/or short combinations.
Class cards/ single drop in are available for purchase online or in person with cash (please bring exact change).
Both classes are scheduled for every Thursday through May 15th, with the exception of April 10th which is a scheduled day off for spring break.
If the classes are well received, I plan to continue them at the same day and time after May but will probably take a break for some weeks over summer depending on studio availability. Additional classes will be announced soon to include 2-3 Friday evening dates this Spring at Synergy Dance Fitness is Aptos.
Classes are on a drop-in basis, so you can plan to attend on whatever days work for you!
What to bring- Water, shoes to dance in (no Street shoes allowed on dance floor), comfy clothing that allows you to move freely.
